With the help of our dedicated testing lab we decide if your order requires dry ice or not. This calculated approach helps ensure the timely delivery of your grocery, whilst maintaining optimal temperature levels.

It depends on where you are and the contents of your order. Regular orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive, orders containing perishables will arrive within 2-3 business days.

Your meat products can arrive partially frozen, or completely frozen. When delivered on time, and retrieved within 6-8 hours of delivery, your products will be refrigerator cold. This means they will be under 41°F when measured with a food grade thermometer.

You don't need to be home for delivery, but we do recommend that all orders be retrieved ASAP!

Any package should not remain outside longer than the recommended 6-8 hour window. This ensures that the products maintain optimal temperature levels, below 41°F when measured with a food grade thermometer.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based upon your exact location and the weight of your order.
